<p></p> <p><strong>Business System Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our platform engineering team at solve.care company. </p> <p>As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our software systems, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and scalability. </p> <p>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your expertise in systems analysis and problem-solving will be essential in optimizing our platform for performance and user experience.</p> <p>Only candidates from product-based companies would be preferred.</p> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities :</strong></p> <ul><li>8 years as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or other related role</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.</li> <li>Analyze the current application and identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Write user stories that accurately capture the business requirements of the team</li> <li>Create UML, Functional and non-functional documents with swimlame diagram and Figma wire framing.</li> <li>ensuring that solutions are optimized for usability and performance.</li> <li>Work with other members of the product team to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Solve care platform.</li> <li>Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical</li> <li>stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li> <li>Ability to transform complex business requirements into technology solutions leveraging research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with little direction</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle</li> <li>Advanced skill is use of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)</li> <li>Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences</li> <li>5+ years of Hands-on development experience using technology Java/J2ee, Spring, hibernate.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications.</li> <li>Core JAVA, Strong OOPs concept, Strong Database Development SQL/PL SQL/Oracle/MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), Webservices(Rest/Soap),Spring, Multithreading, Concurrency, Java Designing Development as an individual Contributor.</li> <li>Good to have JavaScript.</li> <li>Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge.</li> <li>Familiarity with few databases, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL etc</li> <li>Knowledge of software best coding standard practices.</li> <li>Knowledge or REST SOAP WebServices.</li> <li>Knowledge of Design Patterns.</li> <li>Knowledge of JIRA, Service Now would be Plus.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ol><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.</li><li>Knowledge of the English language: Upper-Intermediate level</li></ol><p> <br /></p>
