<p>We are looking for a highly motivated <strong>Associate</strong> to join<strong> International Tax Planning and Corporate Structuring Department.</strong></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul><li>Participate in global and local projects as a team member;</li> <li>Advising on international and local tax, employment law, contractual, labor and regulatory law matters;</li> <li>Opening bank accounts for non-residents;</li> <li>Registration of non-resident companies;</li> <li>Communication with government agencies, clients, and contractors;</li> <li>Legal risk assessment, development of legal schemes to minimize possible risks in the course of business activities and individual transactions;</li> <li>Reviewing/preparing/updating legal documents;</li> <li>Negotiating agreements with clients;</li> <li>Assisting with resolution of current legal issues;</li> <li>Reviewing documents' compliance with applicable legislation;</li> <li>Managing of contractors for the client issues.</li> <li>Monitoring legislation (amendments to legislation), court practice and providing recommendations on their application;</li> </ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul><li>Degree in law is a must;</li> <li>Not less than 2 years of work experience in reputable local or international law firm;</li> <li>Relevant experience in Tax department (with international taxes will be a plus);</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of legislation;</li> <li>Knowledge of the international business law;</li> <li>Fluent English is a must;</li> <li>Experience in working with non-resident companies (offshore, onshore) is desirable</li> <li>Experience in supporting the opening of bank accounts for non-residents is desirable;</li> <li>Experience in registration and support of non-resident companies is desirable.</li> </ul><p><strong>WE OFFER:</strong></p> <ul><li>Communication and relations with corporate clients on the global level;</li> <li>Young and dynamic business environment;</li> <li>High remuneration and professional growth opportunities;</li> <li>Possibility to participate in the exchange program and take an internship in one of the European law firms;</li> <li>Health insurance (after probation period);</li> <li>Opportunity to obtain points for the advanced training of lawyers;</li> <li>Possibility of free training at Legal High School;</li> <li>Perfect office location in the city center;</li> <li>Young and friendly team.</li> </ul><p>If you comply with the above requirements, please send your CV with salary expectations –
