<p>Job description</p> <p>FREONX is a US based leading HVAC company and we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.</p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Oversee the company’s overall advertising and sales strategy</li></ul><ul><li>Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities</li></ul><ul><li>Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals</li></ul><ul><li>Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals</li></ul><ul><li>Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes</li></ul><ul><li>Market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul><li>5 + years of experience in a leadership role</li><li>An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred</li><li>Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management</li><li>Deep understanding of changing market dynamics-Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><strong>The Position is FULLY remote</strong></p> <p>Prohibition period — 3 month (paid 1000 USD for each month)</p> <p>Salary — 1000 USD fix + bonuses after prohibition period</p> <p>Working hours — Flexible (full time) </p> <p>please send your CV to mobile ...<br /></p>
