The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the casual gaming industry, strong analytical skills and a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of your products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and achieve business goals.</p> <p><strong>Main duties:</strong></p> <p><strong>Product strategy and vision:</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop and communicate a clear vision and product strategy for our social casino games.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product growth.</li><li>Define product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.</li></ul><p><strong>Product development:</strong></p> <ul><li>Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, design, development, testing and iteration.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game designers, developers, artists, and QA to ensure consistent product development.</li><li>Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.</li></ul><p><strong>User experience and engagement:</strong></p> <ul><li>Create and maintain engaging game mechanics, features and content that increase user retention and monetization.</li><li>Conduct user testing and collect feedback to continuously improve the gaming experience.</li><li>Implement best practices for user acquisition, retention, and targeting.</li></ul><p><strong>Data-driven decision-making:</strong></p> <ul><li>Use analytics and user data to make product decisions and optimize game performance.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on product performance.</li><li>Define and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, retention and revenue.</li></ul><p><strong>Cooperation and communication:</strong></p> <ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective user acquisition and retention campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve user issues and receive feedback.</li><li>Communicate product updates, progress and insights to stakeholders and senior management.</li></ul><p><strong>Analysis of competitors:</strong></p> <ul><li>Constantly monitor competitors' products and industry trends.</li><li>Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, game design or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a product manager in the social casino or gaming industry.</li><li>Deep understanding of mobile game mechanics, player behavior and monetization strategies.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience in user acquisition, retention and monetization strategies in the social casino industry.</li><li>Knowledge of flexible development methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools and software (eg Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).</li></ul><p><strong>About Octro Inc:</strong></p> <p>Octro is a new platform that aims to create recreation options for the whole world.
